“Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.” - Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati
Meditation allows us to become more awake and more determined about our actions. It teaches us how to respond, rather than react, to situations in our lives. The beauty of a guided meditation, is that we can bring changes in our body by using our mind which means activating muscles, influencing our biological state, and even changing the way the cells in our body work.
I invite you to explore together different types of Guided Meditation practice, such as Guided Visualisation, Loving-Kindness, Yoga Nidra Chakras Meditation. The session starts with a warm welcome and an introduction to the practice and it finishes with time to connect, share, and reflect on the session.
