"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up." - Pablo Picasso
Meditative Art are holistic sessions that integrate therapeutic art techniques, yoga principles and meditation with colors and music – creating a playful way to spend quality time together as a whanau.
Starting planting the seed and setting the intention of being open in returning to who we are, we are going to use Art as a tool to tune with our inner-artist and qualities. We will allow our emotions to come out as an expression of creativity in order to accept our feelings and thoughts and create emotional balance in our life. The deeper we connect with our Inner-self, the more we trust our intuition and we relate with everything around us. We will strengthen our imagination, self-esteem and self-awareness closing the course with a deeper connection and acceptance of our being.
