Ciao a tutti! Hello everyone!
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share with you my practice. My spiritual journey started after moving from Italy to Scotland, where I started to get closer to yoga and its principals. After taking part in a shamanic retreat, I decided to follow my intuition and start travelling. To develop a deeper understanding of this discipline, I gained my 200hrs YTT in the South of India (Kerala). This amazing experience taught me to live in harmony with myself and my surroundings. Following my intuitions I landed in Aotearoa, New Zealand and decided to start share this knowledge with everyone
