YOGA YOGA IS A JOURNEY OF THE SELF, THROUGH THE SELF, TO THE SELF
During this yoga practice we will find balance between body and mind by connecting to our inner self. The practice will start with a short, guided meditation to ground ourselves into the space, followed by some Pranayama to cleanse our physical body before starting our Asana practice.

Meditation allows us to become more awake and more determined about our actions. It teaches us how to respond, rather than react, to situations in our lives. The beauty of a guided meditation, is that we can bring changes in our body by using our mind which means activating muscles, influencing our biological state, and even changing the way the cells in our body work.
