OUR VISION

Art makes you breathe with a different kind of happiness.

Anyone can enjoy the benefits of creating art. No knowledge or prior skills surrounding art is required to start.
Switch off any negative influences and embrace your inner creative voice.

Our main purpose is to encourage everyone to express and connect with their inner and outer world.

Everybody has the potential to be creative, whatever form that creativity takes.
The overall process of creativity, regardless of the medium, can promote an improved mental state and enhance emotional regulation.

We strongly believe that both art and yoga are vehicles for self-reflection and self-connection that can support us to feel steady and centered. They are an active training of the mind that increases awareness, acknowledgment of feelings and thoughts without judgment and support to relax the body and mind.

Benefits and Outcomes

This project is an integration of Therapeutic Art techniques blended with Yoga Philosophy, that provides a welcoming space for everyone to explore themselves and be supported on their journey.

Mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing are nurtured using a variety of art exercises and meditation techniques.
Negativity and worries are released in order to overcome limiting beliefs.

Connecting links with ourselves and community are affirmed and extended.
Confidence and a sense of belonging is strengthened, defining our sense of self-hood.

There are equitable opportunities for learning, irrespective of gender, ability, age, ethnicity, culture and background.
Learn not to judge the final product and support others in the same process with respect.

1. Develop non-verbal communication skills for a range of purposes.

1. Empower our ability to use art mediums as a tool to express feelings, sensations and thoughts, learning to let go of inner expectations.
