Our main purpose is to encourage everyone to express and connect with their inner world.
We strongly believe that art and yoga are vehicles for meditation and self-connection that can help us to be steady and centered. They are an active training of the mind that increases awareness, acceptance of feelings and thoughts without judgement and helps to relax body and mind. Here at Art Yoga, we support true self-expression which enables us to connect with one another on a non-verbal level.
The aim of using creative intuitive art and mindfulness practice is to allow yourself to express creativity in a playful way. You will be able to connect with your feelings, emotions and thoughts and release and let go of any worry, fear or blockage that stop you from achieving goals in your life.
