Welcome to our seventh online session where we explored the Crown Chakra in depth.

The energy of this chakra allows us to experience mystical oneness with everyone and everything in nature. There is no intellectual knowing at the level of seventh chakra, but there is serenity, joy, and deep peace about life.

Art Yoga was simultaneously live on Zoom and on Facebook for the very first time due to lockdown protocol in New Zealand from April to May 2020.

These online sessions were recorded to support the community we were living in and extended for friends and family worldwide.
